[미국특허] United States Patent 등록 완료

특허신청을 냈던적이 있고(2017년 초쯤이었던 듯,가물가물)

그게 한국이 아니라 미국에 특허 출원 되었었다. (2017년 5월쯤)

 

그런데

이번 주말에 메일이 하나 왔다.

Congratulations! Your patent application entitled S!#@$%!@#$^&& has now issued as United States Patent !#$%^&^&. To reward you for your contribution to our growing patent portfolio, you will receive a cash incentive (which will automatically be deposited to your payroll account upon approval by your manager and budget manager).  . . .

미국에 바로 출원된 것도 영광인데

미국 특허로 등록이 완료 되었다는 메일이라고 법무팀 담당자분께서 확인해주셨다.

 

지난번에는 File Patent Application 단계였다면

이번에는 Receive Issued patent 단계인가보다. (사실 나도 처음이라 잘 모름)

 

출원도 잘되었고 등록도 잘되어서 적지만 돈도 조금 나오고 보상휴가도 하루 나온다는 메일이었다.

 

그런데 급 궁금해져서

미국특허사이트를 검색해서

특허번호를 넣었더니 세상에 세상에 내이름이 나온다.

이걸 꼭 써먹는 날이 있었으면 정말로 좋겠다.
